Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dietary Aide to join our team! This role performs a number of kitchen activities including assisting cooks in the service of meals to guests in accordance with the guest's individual dietary needs, sanitary handling of all food and non-food items, utilizing proper procedures for preparation, storage, care and cleaning of equipment, and more. YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL… Prepare nourishments, juices, and beverages for Health Care Center residents and Assisted Living tenants, following written guidelines. Serve meals to Health care Center residents. Set up and clean dining rooms to prepare for meals. Assist cooks in some food preparation, including dishing up sides, cutting desserts, and more. May have knowledge and/or understanding of recipes, special diets, quantity cooking, and food service, though this is not a requirement. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
