About The Position
Dietary Aide Proudly Serving Those Who Served! Winner 2024 & 2025 Best Nursing Home in Rutherford County! Hourly Pay Range: $13.93 - $20.05 with additional Shift Differential Pay We are currently looking for Dietary Aide for full-time status with rotating shifts Day Shift 5:30 am to 2:00 pm and/or Evening Shift - 11:30 am to 8:00 pm You will work closely with Dietary Manager and other team members to meet the needs of our residents and to ensure high quality food service is maintained. Requirements
- We value punctuality and reliability and expect all employees to adhere to their scheduled work hours.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a dietary environment at a large establishment; health care experience preferred.
- Previous knowledge and care of food service equipment is preferred not required will train right individual.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred and previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting is preferred.
