Pay is market competitive and negotiable based on your experience. Full-time employees will be eligible for a variety of comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Full-time employees will be eligible for Tuition Assistance. 401K. The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work inCalifornia is $17.00 to $18.00. The offered pay toa successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may includebut are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experiencewithin the required industry, education, etc. We are looking for full-time Dietary Aides for AM/PM shifts.
Requirements
- Experience desirable, but not a requirement.
- Mentally alert.
- Clean and appropriately groomed.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
Responsibilities
- Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Pre-assembles resident trays and carts as directed.
- Assists with food preparation and waits on residents at table in skilled dining.
- Prepares and pours beverages and assorted snacks.
- Prepares and delivers between meal nourishment and snacks to the nursing station.
- Cleans and maintains dining area, including tables and furnishing after meals.
- Ensures dining room is clean and transports dishes, trash etc. to appropriate area.
- Restocks all areas.
- Attends all mandatory in-service meetings.
