About The Position

A Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to patients, residents, and staff, ensuring nutritional standards and physician's orders are met. The role requires maintaining impeccable service and sanitation levels in all food service areas, including the dining room, room service, cafeteria, and at special catered events. Challenges include adapting to diverse dietary needs and preferences while managing time efficiently during busy meal services. Collaboration with the nutrition team and other healthcare staff is essential to align food service with overall health goals. The position expects flexibility and creative problem-solving in dynamically changing environments.
