As a Dietary Aide, you play an essential role in supporting resident health and well-being. You will assist with meal preparation, service, and sanitation while helping ensure a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Monitor and document dish machine temperatures
- Prepare breakfast trays and beverages, including juice and milk
- Assist with meal service
- Prepare snacks and nourishments as needed
- Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards
- Sweep, mop, and assist with stocking and putting away groceries
- Report any resident concerns or observations to leadership
