Both part-time and full-time roles follow a consistent shift of 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with a requirement to work every other weekend. Team members also participate in rotating holiday coverage to ensure continuity of care and support. Requirements
- Dietary Aide or food service experience preferred; nursing home, hospital, or other healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
Responsibilities
- Assisting with meal preparation
- Helping with dining room set-up and service
- Delivering trays to residents
- Contributing to a high-quality dining experience for residents and visitors
- Performing other related duties as needed
