About The Position
The Dietary Cook plays a crucial role in the Dietary Department by preparing menu items according to established standards, ensuring meals are served attractively and at the correct temperature. This position also focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food handling to promote infection control, while assisting the Dietary Manager in strategic planning and problem-solving to enhance resident care and employee relations.
