About The Position
Three Pillars Senior Living Communities is located in Dousman, WI. We are seeking caring team members willing and able to commit to our workplace values: Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy and Fun! As a Dietary Aide, you will meet the residents while recognizing and appropriately responding to their needs. You will take food orders and serve meals to residents while assuring their dining needs are met in a timely manner. Additionally, you will bus tables as needed, properly clean and store dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, maintain cleanliness of dining room floors, and track and record meals for residents in proper logs books.
