About The Position

Bridges by EPOCH at Trumbull is an exquisite Memory Care Assisted Living Community that is currently hiring for a Dietary Aide/Server to join their culinary team. EPOCH Senior Living, founded in 1997, operates a network of premier senior living communities throughout the Northeast, including Bridges
by EPOCH, which is New England’s largest stand-alone memory care assisted living provider, and Waterstone communities for luxury senior living. The role is part-time, with shifts from 4pm-7pm on weekdays and 8am-1:30pm and 4pm-7pm on weekends, totaling 13-15 hours per week.

Requirements

• Must be reliable, friendly and professional
• Must be able to follow kitchen/dining protocols to meet facility standards
• Good communication both written and verbally
• Must be detailed oriented
• English is required
• Strong passion for seniors

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall dining experience for our senior living residents.
