About The Position

The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparation of patient cold foods according to the tally. Responsible for preparation and setup of doctors dining salad bar along with setting up and working the tray line for breakfast and lunch. Will at times assist with special functions. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Clark County Food Handlers Card OR ServSafe Food Protection Manager.
• Customer service skills a plus.
• Prior hospital food service cooking and sanitation and safety experience necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Culinary Certificates a plus but not required.
