About The Position

The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting with preparing the salads, maintaining an adequate supply of beverages, ensuring the cafeteria and dining room remain clean at all times, assisting in the preparation and delivery of patient meals and room supplies, washing of dishes, loading dishes in the dish washer, and operating the dish machine, assisting the cook as required, and stocking kitchen necessities on each floor as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Previous healthcare kitchen experience preferred
• ServSafe certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting with preparing salads
• Maintaining an adequate supply of beverages
• Ensuring the cafeteria and dining room remain clean
• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of patient meals and room supplies
• Washing dishes and loading them in the dishwasher
