About The Position

Our mission is to create a homelike environment that encompasses the comforts, tastes, and aromas of home-cooked meals. We are currently seeking a full-time Dietary Aide to join our team at our Brandon location. This position is crucial in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality dietary services that meet their needs and preferences. The Dietary Aide will work from 6 AM to 2 PM, with rotating weekends, and will play a vital role in maintaining the standards of dietary service that our residents deserve. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the overall dining experience of our residents. This includes proper food storage, sanitation, and infection control procedures, as well as timely meal delivery. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols, ensuring that all meals are served in a safe and organized manner. The Dietary Aide will also be responsible for verifying resident trays against dietary cards, delivering nourishment and dietary supplements, and maintaining cleanliness in the food preparation areas. This position is not only about serving food but also about creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our residents during meal times.
