Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks as assigned according to the menu and standardized recipes.
• Check trays for menu accuracy, diet preferences, and presentation.
• Prepare food in accordance with standard recipes to ensure the proper consistency of mechanical soft and pureed food.
• Wash dishes and perform cleaning duties following meal service, including putting away dishes.
• Safely provide all dietary services while adhering to proper infection control measures.
