About The Position

Copeland Oaks, a non for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community, has openings for casual Diet Aides. Located on a beautiful 250-acre village-like setting in Sebring, Ohio, between Salem and Alliance, the casual diet aide works an average of 12 hours per week. The Diet Aides provide important food services to the residents of independent living, assisted living, and long-term care skilled nursing, as well as to employees and visitors. They set up meal trays, deliver food carts to resident areas, and assist in serving meals. Additionally, Diet Aides work on various cleaning tasks within the kitchens.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years old or older
• Ability to obtain a Work Permit for school-aged employees
• Must be able to read, write, and follow directions
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, push/pull, and squat

Nice To Haves

• Prior food service experience preferred
