Requirements

Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices and dietary guidelines.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and residents.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Driver's License.
Must be the age of 21 years old or over.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines.
Ensure food safety standards are met during food handling and preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas.
Collaborate with dietary staff to plan menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents.
Support the dietary department in inventory management and food ordering.
Provide excellent service during meal times, ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.
Assist with meal preparation tasks as needed.
Follow all health regulations and company policies regarding food service.
