To learn more visit https://www.doctorshosplaredo.com Job Summary: Under the general direction of the supervisor, staff member is responsible for basic food preparation according to cycle menu, patient diet order communication, tray assembly, and tray passing/ pick up. Follow patient meal service requirement in providing nourishments/snacks. Crossed training in dishroom/warewashing for coverage as scheduled. Compliance to Quality Performance, food safety, and safe food handling procedures. Requirements
- High School graduate or GED preferred.
- Food handlers certification required.
- Must have rapid motor skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Previous experience with group interaction and self motivation.
