The Dietary Service Aide assembles required portions for patient meals while ensuring high quality food served at appropriate temperature. Assists in the assembly of all flatware and kitchenware. Proper rotation during restocking line to ensure high quality and appropriate temperature. Responsible for setup, breakdown and sanitation of all patient trayline equipment and serving areas while ensuring high quality food served at appropriate temperature. Performs computer-related activities as required. Knowledge of patient diets sufficient to serve patient meals accurately. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.
