About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server for The Madison Senior Living in Kansas City, Missouri. This position is PRN/Flexible, with a starting wage of $15.00-17.00 per hour. The shift schedule varies between 6:30am-2:30pm or 11:30am-7:30pm. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for residents, ensuring they feel at home during meal times. Your responsibilities will include greeting residents, preparing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. This role requires a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents.

Requirements

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Prepare tables for service, including setting up salads and rolling silverware.
• Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking as needed.
• Lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
