About The Position

We are seeking a Life Centre Server to join our award-winning workplace. As part of our team, you will provide outstanding culinary experiences in-our licensed care venue. We provide a competitive hourly rate (so you don’t have to rely on tips) and additional on-the-job perks—including Paid Time Off, 401(k), and paid skills training opportunities, and our nationally recognized focus on employee wellness. This position is part-time, the schedule is: any weekday 4:00pm-8:30pm. Saturday and Sunday flexible hours. The hourly base wage range is a good faith estimate of the range Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly base wage paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, geographic location and market changes. The position is also eligible to participate in Mather benefit plans and Employee Appreciation Fund.
