As the Medical Research Representative, you will serve as a vital liaison between our organization and medical research sites, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the research process. Location: 100% on site San Antonio TX, 78232 Job Type: PRN/As Needed Shift/Schedule: M-F Night Shift 5 PM-1 AM What you will be doing: Building and maintaining relationships with medical research sites, investigators, and key stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation and execution of clinical research studies. Providing support and guidance to research sites on study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines to ensure compliance and data integrity. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance issues. Assisting with setup and cleanup for special events or meetings as needed Your profile: High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior/current experience in food service, healthcare, or structured environment preferred Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written instructions and adhere to structured processes Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (general computer literacy) Ability to learn and navigate electronic systems, logs, and templates Willingness to learn clinical study protocols, and patient timelines (meal timing, fasting requirements) Ability to support clinical floor operations (transporting samples, tracking meals) Flexibility for early morning shifts / reliable attendance What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
