About The Position
Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. Requirements
- AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred
- One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred
- County Specific requirement: County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays.
