Diet Assistant
About The Position
The Diet Assistant processes meal orders for patients in order to promote a positive patient experience with the meal service. The Diet Assistant takes meal orders from patients, families or nursing staff either over the phone or by visiting the patient at the bedside. The Diet Assistant processes menus for Behavioral Health patients. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Food and Nutrition Services, UHS Binghamton General Hospital Primary Work Shift: Multiple shifts available Compensation Range: $17.05 - $22.17 per hour, depending on experience You will be eligible for benefits if you are hired into a regular position with at least 24 scheduled weekly hours.
