BEST is continuing to hire for Diesel Technicians of all experience levels for our booming Fleet Maintenance department. Whether you're a seasoned technician or mechanic experienced in the field, or newer to the industry, we would love to explore one of these lucrative opportunities with you! Job Summary: Your main responsibility will be to safely and efficiently maintain a varied fleet of equipment associated with our company. Excellent earning potential, with 3 & 4-day work week options. ALL experience levels are being considered for our opportunities. Applications and in-person interviews are welcome at our location here in Kernersville, NC. We are located at 829 Graves Street, Kernersville, NC 27284. Our Fleet Maintenance Department operates 3 shifts: Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5A to 5P Night Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5P to 5A Weekend Shift: Friday through Sunday 5A to 5P There may be opportunities for other shift variations as well.

Requirements

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairs involving the most recent technology
• Knowledge of FMCSA maintenance guidelines and regulations
• Ability to communicate issues to leadership.
• Basic computer skills
• The ability to work independently of others
• General knowledge of preventative maintenance for Class 8 Tractor Trailers

Nice To Haves

• CDL is preferred, but not required
