About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of Prevost buses or any bus manufacturers. This role requires effective communication with team members, management and drivers while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities: Dedication to providing the safest and most efficient coaches/trucks to our drivers and customers. Perform DOT-compliant maintenance on all vehicles/equipment within our fleet. Conduct preventative maintenance on all vehicles/equipment within our fleet. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all major systems such as engines, transmissions, DEF systems, AC systems, and driver safety mitigation devices/systems. Utilize OEM Diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting/repair and participate in training opportunities. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed on all vehicles Perform interior bus and RV repairs, including 12v, 110v and 220v electrical systems, av equipment including tv, radio and various electronics. Utilize hand tools and schematics to diagnose issues and execute repairs. HVAC and 20kw generator experience would be preferred but not required. Conduct inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and meets safety standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. Qualifications 4+ years of diesel engine and/or trailer repair experience minimum Ability to work on a variety of heavy/medium duty diesel vehicles & equipment Familiarity with bus or rv maneuvering Proficient in using hand tools and reading schematics for diagnostic purposes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of vehicle systems such as hydraulics, air brakes, electrical, etc. Strong knowledge of basic mechanical tools. Familiar with Detroit 60 series, Volvo Engines, and Allison Transmissions. Familiar with Prevost buses or any bus manufacturers Good skills with Aftertreatment Diagnostics. Proven experience on interior repairs or related field is preferred. Physical capability to perform manual labor, including pushing and lifting as required. Requirements

4+ years of diesel engine and/or trailer repair experience minimum
Ability to work on a variety of heavy/medium duty diesel vehicles & equipment
Familiarity with bus or rv maneuvering
Proficient in using hand tools and reading schematics for diagnostic purposes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
