B LEVEL TECHNICIANS: Annual Pay Rate $76,900 up to $98,000+ EXTRA PAY on Specialty Work - EXTRA PAY on Warranty Work Tenure, Christmas & Vacation Incentive Pay, and where eligible: Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Allowance, Referral Bonuses and more! C LEVEL TECHNICIANS: Annual Pay Rate $54,000+ Tenure & Christmas Incentive Pay, Referral Bonuses & more! Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- ASE Certifications OR Ford and/or other OEM certifications
- Three or more years related experience and/or training
- Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs
- General mechanical skills and manual dexterity
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to pass random drug screens
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair in a timely manner
- Perform a wide range of automotive repairs
- Honestly assess vehicles and communicate necessary repairs clearly and precisely
- Communicate cause and correction to Advisors regarding customer vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honest multi-point inspections
- Able to master Ford diagnostic tools
