About The Position

As a Tractor Technician, you will perform maintenance and repairs on class 8 equipment. Shift time: Tuesday-Saturday 0600-1430 Responsibilities Perform repairs on class 8 equipment within employee current skill level. Inspect equipment during the repair process to determine if additional repairs are necessary. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Covenant Transport Services.

Requirements

• Own the tools required to perform the position responsibilities of this level excluding those provided by the company
• Understand, communicate, read, and write the English language
• Ability to Lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis and 95 lbs. on a frequent basis to mount tires
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
