The Diesel Technician is a diesel mechanic with a strong background in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing heavy equipment. You'll use your expertise in diesel engines and hydraulics to deliver top-tier service in a safe, efficient, and professional manner..

Requirements

Experience as a Diesel Technician in construction or agricultural equipment preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to problem-solve effectively
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using computer-based diagnostic tools and service software
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. independently

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel-powered equipment
Utilize technical manuals, job orders, and your own expertise to resolve mechanical issues
Conduct safety inspections and follow proper repair procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Test drive equipment to verify repairs
Develop strong customer relationships through professional service
Attend ongoing technical training sessions
Document all service and warranty work accurately
