Requirements

Proficiency in diagnostic software and equipment
Understanding Key Performance Indicator Metrics-like Technician Efficiency Rate, Recovery Rate, and Rework
Detail-oriented with a knack for accurately documenting repairs and upselling services
Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
Grasp of operating manuals and schematics
Commitment to safety
Willingness to learn through manufacturer training
