About The Position

Freightliner of Hartford of Torrington is hiring experienced Diesel Technicians. Must have a minimum of 3 years working on heavy-duty trucks and a solid understanding of heavy truck systems, diesel engines, and after-treatment devices. We're a certified Freightliner training location and provide on-the-job factory training.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years heavy-duty truck/Diesel technician experience
• General understanding of heavy-duty truck systems, diesel engines, and after-treatment devices
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and team orientation
• You need to have your own tools and be able to move trucks around in the parking lot along with pulling trucks into the repair bay.

Nice To Haves

• CDL is not a requirement, but it certainly is beneficial.
• We are looking for someone with a good attitude who wants to be apart of a winning team.
