Requirements

Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, regularly lift up to 50 lbs., and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform DOT-compliant maintenance on all fleet vehicles and equipment.
Complete preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair major systems, including engines, transmissions, DEF systems, and air conditioning systems.
Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms to support accurate and efficient repairs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
