Requirements

  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
  • Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, regularly lift up to 50 lbs., and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform DOT-compliant maintenance on all fleet vehicles and equipment.
  • Complete preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair major systems, including engines, transmissions, DEF systems, and air conditioning systems.
  • Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms to support accurate and efficient repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
