(TRI) is hiring Diesel Technicians, Diesel Mechanics, HVAC Technicians, Automotive Technicians, and Transport Refrigeration (Reefer) Technicians who are looking for more than just a job to join our De Pere, WI team. Requirements

High school diploma or GED (technical school preferred)
Valid driver’s license
Basic diesel, automotive, or HVAC mechanical experience
Obtain toolbox and the required tools
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work overtime when needed
Ability to obtain within 1 year: Thermo King Certi-Tech Certification EPA 608 & 609 Certifications

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units, APUs, diesel heaters, and cab A/C systems
Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs
Complete road service calls and participate in on-call rotation (after training)
Meet standard repair times while maintaining quality work
Safely operate shop tools, diagnostic equipment, and hoists
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment
