About The Position

The position is responsible for all Technician recruiting and onboarding. The role involves collaborating with Managers to determine Service hiring needs and ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance. The individual will develop marketing programs to ensure high visibility with technical candidates and schools, and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to achieve recruiting goals. Additionally, the role includes managing current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system and overseeing outreach efforts for Minority, Women, Veterans, and Disabled individuals in Technician recruiting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management or Human Resources Management.
  • 2+ years of prior recruiting experience.
  • Technical/Mechanical experience required.
  • Preferred experience with prior applicant tracking system and HRIS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.

  • Develops programs with High Schools and vocational schools to include in school presence.
  • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
  • Manages Minority/Women/Veterans and Disabled outreach for Technician recruiting.
