About The Position

As a Diesel Technician/Mechanic at Penske, you will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are safe and reliable for customers. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Problem-solving skills and comfort using tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and outdoors.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety policies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with various OEM equipment.
• Familiarity with advanced vehicle maintenance technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles.
