About The Position

Koch Companies is looking for a skilled Diesel Technician II to join our Appling, GA shop. In this role, you’ll take on advanced maintenance and repair work that keeps our fleet operating safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with DOT and company standards. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of tractor maintenance experience
Ability to independently complete advanced repairs
Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety
Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities across major tractor systems
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and computerized maintenance systems
Ability to perform Federal DOT inspections
Clear communication and effective teamwork skills
Professional conduct, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair documentation

Nice To Haves

Associate degree (AAS) in Heavy Duty Truck Technology or related field
2 or more years of handsâon tractor repair experience
ABS brake system certification
