Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license Commercial Driver’s License or Ability to Obtain Class B w/ Air Brake Restriction Removed & Passenger Endorsement.
• Willingness to learn the trade.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America Line/Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

Responsibilities

• Routinely performs repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on our fleet of motorcoaches, bag trucks and light duty vehicles under the supervision of a journeyman Technician.
• 144 hours of LMS MCI Training and other online learning opportunities to be completed every year from year 1 to 4.
• Complete 2000 hours annually of on-the-job learning.
• Document all OJT hours daily on provided timecard to meet the federal requirements for record keeping.
• Obtain 608/609 HVAC certification at minimum 609 MVAC and CDL.
• Facility Maintenance – clean, repair and maintain facility, grounds, work areas, company tools and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned
