ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Troubleshoot and inspect customer's equipment by visual inspection and via the use of testing and diagnostic equipment to determine problems or malfunction. Remove, repair or replace components or piece parts on engines, hydraulic systems, brake systems, electrical systems, air systems, fuel systems, transmissions and related power train systems to meet or exceed the expectations of the Contract Site Supervisor and the customer. Write detailed and accurate service reports stating the nature of the job and what has been done. Work varied shiftwork. Detail-oriented in documentation as accuracy is a key part of the daily job. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS Review data from the trouble shooting and inspection process to work up detailed, accurate and cost-effective job estimates. Work with a positive attitude and with a spirit of cooperation. Work overtime as needed.
