Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a diesel technician (A- or B-level preferred)
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, emission, engine, and drivetrain systems
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to maintain production pace without sacrificing quality
- Stable work history and commitment to professional development
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, exhaust, DEF, clutches, and transmissions
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial vehicles and trucks
- Accurately troubleshoot drivability issues and make effective repairs
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
- Collaborate with other technicians and communicate with supervisors
- Support a clean, organized, and professional shop environment
