About The Position

Are you a skilled, hands-on diesel technician who enjoys troubleshooting and solving mechanical challenges? Join our expanding team in Mardela Springs, MD, where you’ll use your expertise to diagnose, service, and repair heavy- and medium-duty commercial trucks. We’re seeking reliable technicians with a strong work ethic, the ability to learn quickly, and excellent attention to detail. Prior Kenworth experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Prior Kenworth experience
• CDK experience

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair diesel vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
• Maintain precise documentation of all repairs performed and parts used
• Communicate with OEM/factory tech support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
