The position involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration units and auxiliary power units. The technician will diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify all components while positively interfacing with Service Writers, the leadership team, the parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers. Keeping paperwork updated and submitted upon completion is essential, as is effective communication with customers. The technician is expected to maintain a high level of cleanliness and meet labor efficiency goals, as well as meet requirements for certifications.
