About The Position

Are you an experienced, hands-on diesel technician who thrives on diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues? Join our growing team in Mardela Springs, MD, where you’ll apply your skills to inspect, maintain, and repair heavy- and medium-duty commercial trucks. We’re looking for dependable technicians who demonstrate a strong work ethic, quick learning ability, and sharp attention to detail. Previous experience working with Kenworth vehicles is a plus.

Requirements

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with Kenworth vehicles
• CDK experience

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair diesel vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
• Maintain precise documentation of all repairs performed and parts used
• Communicate with OEM/factory tech support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
