About The Position

Zeus Concrete LLC is looking for a Diesel/Heavy Equipment Mechanic to perform maintenance on our fleet of Class 8 trucks and construction equipment. We are committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business, and we believe in what we do!

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience
• Basic set of tools
• Experience working on hydraulics, concrete mixer trucks, gravel train equipment and diesel trucks
• Experience working on heavy equipment such as loaders and excavators

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Repair diesel trucks, trailers and heavy equipment in a timely and efficient manner
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper working condition
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery
• Repairing and troubleshooting of major components such as engine, transmission, and differentials
• Tire repair
• Landing gear repair
