About The Position

If you love solving mechanical puzzles and seeing your work hit the road every morning, this is your arena. What You’ll Be Doing The Full Spectrum: From routine PMs (Preventative Maintenance) to complex engine overhauls and transmission swaps. Hydraulic Mastery: You’ll become an expert in the high-pressure systems that make our loaders and packers move. Tech-Forward Diagnostics: Use state-of-the-art software to talk to the trucks, clear codes, and find the "ghost in the machine." Safety First: Ensuring every truck that leaves the yard is 100% DOT compliant. If it’s not safe, it doesn’t roll. Fabrication & Welding: Occasionally getting creative with a torch or welder to keep the steel strong.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience with heavy-duty diesel engines (Cummins, Mack, or Detroit experience is a huge plus).
• You have your own set of tools (we provide the big stuff and the tech).
• An air brake certification and a clean driving record are must-ops.
• You’re a "fix it right the first time" kind of person.
• You take pride in your bay and your builds.

Nice To Haves

• A CDL is a "nice to have"
