About The Position

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this role includes but is not limited to: Working closely and collaboratively with a small team of dedicated mechanics and fitters Ongoing servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a range of marine engines and installations Managing a daily work routine in a fast-paced and often unpredictable environment

Requirements

• Proven experience with diesel engines and hydraulics in a marine or similar environment
• Trade qualifications such as: Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (this meets the requirements) Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Certificate III in Small Engine Mechanical Technology Or a recognised qualification as a hydraulic technician
• A strong and proven work ethic and a positive attitude toward the role and the team
