About The Position

Looking for an experienced diesel mechanic to work out of our Roosevelt, UT shop.
Diesel Mechanic Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic will ensure oilfield equipment is being inspected, repaired, and all maintenance is completed on tractors and trailers in compliance with the DOT/FMCSA Standards.
Diesel mechanic: 2 years (Preferred) - Experience with Kenworth equipment is a plus.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of diesel mechanics.
• D.E.F and SCR, sensors, injectors work
• Repair from chassis and Cummins side
• Engine and fuel diagnostics (E.S.A and Cummins)
• Understanding of Federal and State DOT Regulations, especially the DOT's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to direct and achieve priorities, goals, and strategies with limited supervision
• Documentation Skills
• Communication Skills
• +2 years Mechanic experience
• Understand the basic concept of computers (paperless facility)

Nice To Haves

• Diesel mechanic: 2 years
• Experience with Kenworth equipment
• Certifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure oilfield equipment is being inspected
• Repair oilfield equipment
• Complete all maintenance on tractors and trailers in compliance with the DOT/FMCSA Standards
• Perform Annual Inspections on equipment
• Perform maintenance on CMV and trailers
