We offer ultra-low sulfur diesel for on-road and off-road use, biodiesel, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), gasoline, ethanol, E85, and kerosene as well as a full line of quality lubricants. We are currently hiring a Diesel Mechanic who will be responsible for maintaining diesel equipment by completing inspections and preventative maintenance requirements; correcting vehicle deficiencies; and keeping records.
Requirements
- 3-5 years
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- ASE Medium-Heavy Truck Certification and or Diesel Mechanic Certification
Nice To Haves
- CDL Hazmat Tanker, a plus
- PTO Experience, a plus
- Tanker Experience, a plus
- PACCAR Davie4 and/or Cummins INSITE experience, a plus
Responsibilities
- Performing vehicle maintenance, including hydraulics, air brakes, steering and suspension, lighting, electric, diesel engine, air conditioning, fluid levels and oil changes, and general repairs and maintenance.
- Reconditioning and replacing parts.
- May weld and cut parts using arc-welding and flame-cutting equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of shop and equipment.
- Completing maintenance logs and work orders.
