Skilled Manufacturing Direct Hire Diesel Mechanic- Direct Hire Opportunity! Excellent 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities in Winnebago County for experienced diesel mechanics. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good mechanical aptitude is a must!
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Performing diagnostics on vehicles
• Utilizing tools including calipers, pressure gauges, and welding equipment
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, computers, batteries and engines
• Performing repairs
• Completing preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles
