About The Position

Join Farmington Motor Sports in Farmington, CT, where skilled Diesel Mechanics come to build a future-not just fix trucks! WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY: Perform in‑house service and maintenance on our own fleet of trucks Diagnose and repair vehicles for our fleet customers Use advanced scan tools, technical knowledge, and training to troubleshoot diesel and trailer issues Provide parts lists to supervisors/advisors to ensure efficient repair flow To Qualify, You'll Need: Experience working on diesel vehicles, trailers, heavy‑duty equipment, or similar machinery Ability to provide your own tools Valid driver's license Strong technical skills Having technical education, years of diesel/technical experience, and a CDL are preferred but not required. WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN: Pay: $30–$45 per hour, based on experience and skill. Schedule: You'll work a full-time schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM (Mon–Fri) or 8 AM and 5 PM (Mon–Fri), with every other Saturday morning as part of rotating coverage. Overtime is available! Requirements

Experience working on diesel vehicles, trailers, heavy‑duty equipment, or similar machinery
