Requirements

• Want a role that makes a meaningful impact in your community
• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience working with diesel, automotive, electric, or CNG vehicles
• Have a valid CDL license or are willing to obtain a CDL B with “S” endorsement (we provide full training and support)
• Own a standard mechanic tool set
• Are motivated to grow your knowledge through ASE certifications
• Want long-term stability within a strong union environment
• Important: This position is safety-sensitive and subject to DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.

Responsibilities

• Performing advanced maintenance on brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Completing work orders and required documentation
• Supporting mobile emergency service calls as needed
• Ensuring all repairs meet DOT and company safety standards
