The diesel mechanic will maintain and repair diesel trucks, ranging in size from tractors/trailers, heavy duty trucks, and step-vans to pick-up trucks. The mechanic is also responsible for maintaining and repairing the mounted contractor's equipment contained on those vehicles. Candidate must be reliable, responsible and have the ability to work independently and assist in all fleet maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Willingness to work with a team.
• Clean driving record
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to pass safety training exams, background check and drug screen.
• Safety, conscientious, dependable and quality-minded individual.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair diesel trucks of varying sizes.
• Maintain and repair contractor's equipment.
• Maintain and repair gas generators and compressors.
