About The Position

This role demands expertise in diagnosing (3-5 years’ experience), repairing, and maintaining diesel engines across various engine types and equipment. As a Diesel Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and longevity for our 95+ vehicle fleet of motorcoaches. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, a desire to grow, and the ability to follow safety, company, and DOT regulations with minimal supervision—key duties for success in this role, including services such as:

Requirements

3 to 5 years’ experience in the diesel maintenance industry.
Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain CDL within 6 months of hire.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana (THC).
Successfully complete background check.
Stand for extended periods
Use hands and fingers to handle or operate tools and controls
Reach with arms and hands
Lift up to 100lbs
Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Walk, climb, or balance (occasional)
Talk and hear during communication or diagnostic work (occasional)

Nice To Haves

Diagnostics and repair on diesel engines (Cummins and Detroit engines preferred).
Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems (EPA Section 608 certification preferred).
